Fills joint-face clearances between hydrocyclone shell sections for end-face sealing. Blocks slurry leakage and prevents ambient air being sucked in through flange gaps. Stabilizes cyclone operating pressure and preserves desanding-separation efficiency; compensates for minor deformation induced by pressure fluctuation.
Polyurethane, EPDM for standard conditions; FKM fluoroelastomer for high-abrasion or corrosive media. Annular elastic-rubber profile; seated inside shell sealing grooves; sealing is achieved through compressive deformation.
