Description: Wear part at bottom discharge port of desanding hydrocyclone, assembled inside sand-discharge valve body for port sealing duties.
Opens during sand-discharge cycles for periodic evacuation of settled solid sand particles. Closes and seals after discharging to prevent continuous slurry outward leakage and backward air ingress into the hydrocyclone chamber. Preserves internal operating pressure and swirling flow-field to sustain desanding performance.
Sealing elements: PU, rubber, PTFE. Matched with valve seat, valve disc, springs and compression fittings. Wear-resistant material grade to resist particle scouring for solid-liquid sand-laden service.
