Description: Packing-box static-dynamic combined seal wear part, installed within the pump stuffing box encircling the pump shaft for shaft-end sealing duties.
Fills annular clearance between pump shaft and stuffing box to suppress outward high-pressure process-media leakage. Realizes throttling pressure-reduction effect; together with flushing water it obstructs solid-particle access to the sealing interface and protects the pump shaft. Compressive deformation from gland-bolt tightening establishes sealing performance and absorbs minor shaft vibration.
Aramid fiber mixed with PTFE-fiber braided construction, impregnated with PTFE emulsion plus lubricant; graphite-filled grades for enhanced self-lubrication. Square-cross-section cord form; cut into rings and sequentially stacked inside stuffing box. Delivers combined wear resistance, high-pressure tolerance and corrosion resistance.
