Separates suction zone and exhaust zone inside the pump chamber to prevent gas back-flow and preserve pumping efficiency. Shields impeller from direct impact by liquid droplets and solid particles for a buffering protection effect. Guides media flow path, suppresses vortex formation and lowers internal impact noise; selected baffle variants support gas-liquid separation.
Gray cast iron for normal conditions; stainless steel for corrosive-media environments. Precision-machined plate surface, equipped with mounting holes; bolt-fastened inside pump housing.
