It provides better anti-clogging capability than closed impellers and superior hydraulic efficiency compared with open impellers, balancing conveyance performance and anti-clogging characteristics.
Composed of hub, blades and rear cover plate; blade tips remain open. 304 / 316 stainless steel for sugar-food processing; duplex stainless steel for corrosive-media conditions. A sealing clearance is formed between blade tips and the pump-case wear ring.
