Atomizes and disperses circulating cooling water into fine droplets uniformly over fill media, maximizing water air contact area. Achieves full coverage wetting of fill without dry zones, eliminates flow maldistribution and improves overall cooling efficiency.

Structural Form

Impingement Target Nozzle (Most Used): Water jet strikes a target plate for radial dispersion. Simple geometry with large free flow passages offering outstanding anti clogging capability; well suited for sewage and impurity laden circulating water, generates relatively coarse droplets.

Commonly Used Materials

ABS engineering plastic: Optimal cost performance for ambient temperature cooling water; resistant to general water borne corrosion, limited temperature rating (<60 °C), not compatible with strong acids or alkalis.
