Mixing Tank

Description: Mixing tanks are widely used in coatings, pharmaceuticals, building materials, chemicals, pigments, resins, food, and scientific research. The equipment can be made of materials such as 304 or 316L stainless steel according to the user's process requirements, and can be fitted with heating, cooling, and insulation devices to meet different process and production needs. It features a sound structural design, advanced manufacturing process, and long service life, and is simple and convenient to operate, making it an ideal chemical equipment with low investment, fast start-up, and high returns.

The structure of a stainless steel mixing tank includes: the mixing equipment (drive unit and agitator), the shaft seal, the mixing tank, and the heating/cooling method (jacket heating/cooling, coil heating/cooling, or electric heating).

The tank body and cover of a stainless steel mixing tank can be connected by flanged sealing or welding. Process openings for feeding, discharging, observation, temperature measurement, pressure measurement, steam fractionation, and safety venting can be made in the tank body and cover according to process requirements. A drive unit (motor or reducer) is mounted on top of the cover and drives the agitator inside the tank through the drive shaft. The stainless steel mixing tank can provide variable-frequency speed regulation and automatic temperature control. The shaft seal can take various forms such as a mechanical seal or a packing gland, as determined by user requirements. The agitator can be configured as a paddle, anchor, frame, helical, or other type.
