Mounted on acid alkali dosing lines or starch slurry main piping of corn starch washing towers. Receives pH measurement feedback to automatically modulate valve travel, precisely controlling chemical dosing rate or main stream media flow rate. It stabilizes pH set points for tower internal starch slurry and washing water, securing protein separation and starch refining reactions within optimal pH operating window. It mitigates quality defects including reduced starch purity and incomplete protein removal caused by pH excursions and stabilizes washing section end product quality.
