Types

 1. Straight Pipe Section Seamless/welded stainless steel round pipe, standard length 2–6m. Quick clamp or flange ends for direct interconnection.

Polished innerwall flow resistance and starch adhesion. Elbow (High wear consumable)90°/45°/30° stamped elbow for flow direction change.

Typical curvature radius 1.5D–3D (D=pipe nominal diameter), lowering wear and pressure drop. Heavier wall thickness or ceramic/PU wear resistant liners can be fitted for heavily eroding operating conditions.

Tee/crossFor pipeline branching merging working together with diverter valves. Smooth transition inner flow path minimising dead zones and vortex induced wear.

Reducer (Concentric/Eccentric) Transition pieces for dissimilar diameter pipe connections for system airflow tuning and equipment nozzle transition.

Principle Conveying piping provides transport channel and delivers no motive power itself:High velocity compressed air (dilute phase conveying typical15–30m/s) entrains starch powder into pipeline.

Gas solid two phase flow forms inside pipe; starch granules remain suspended in airstream for forward transport.

Pipe diameter, total length and elbow quantity determine overall system resistance and conveying capacity. Smoother innerwall and flow path reduce conveying energy consumption, material breakage risk and pipewall abrasion.

Has Food grade material: 304/316 stainless steel; innerwall polished Ra≤0.8μm for food hygiene compliance.

Sealed connection: Quick clamp plus silicone gaskets guarantee air tightness and stop dust fugitive emission. Wear optimised elbow design: Reinforced wall thickness or wear liners for extended service life.

Standardised spec interchangeable dimensions, easy sparepart sourcing.

Smooth flow path: Weld seams flush ground; no protruding edges or dead zones to minimise starch accumulation. Light weight thinwall stainless steel build, low support structure load, convenient field erection.
