Product Description: The front-end protective filter element for compressed air removes liquid water, oil mist, and fine solid particles from the compressed air, provides buffering and protection for the downstream sterilization filter element, and reduces the contamination load of the sterilization filter element.

Applications: Air sterilization systems, installed upstream of the main sterilization filter element to pre-purify the compressed air.

Material: Borosilicate glass fiber, with internal and external support frames.

Key points for use: Monitor the pressure difference and replace the element promptly once the limit is reached; the element cannot withstand the ingress of large amounts of liquid water or oil; avoid overheating during sterilization.
